We had a great experience with Homer and his car service when recently visiting Disney Land. His communication and willingness to reschedule when we had to change plans made this trip from John Wayne Airport to Anaheim a breeze.

Vehicles are nice, took a minute to get the driver to warm up to talk. Our flight was early so we didn't receive the meet and greet we paid for nor was it refunded. We were requested to walk up a level to meet the driver who ended up being 35minutes late from our original pickup time. We rolled with it, we understand traffic. We were going to rebook for our return to the airport but chose to take a taxi which ended up being half the cost.

HR Black Cars provides a world class service. To start, I was able to easily book online at my convenience and received a confirmation email the same day. Then the day before my trip I received a confirmation text from the company and our driver, Homer. Upon landing at LAX, I had a text waiting for me from Homer. After getting our luggage, he was already at the meeting place. Honestly, he really made the trip easy. The car was clean meticulously, had the requested booster, and provided a seamless transfer. I had done thorough research before booking and found out that they have the best prices in town! The drivers were the best. I plan to use this company for all of our future LAX trips along with hourly services and hope Homer will be our driver/chauffeur every time!
